One of my new found favorite little meals (I've been trying to have 6 small meals a day) is this yogurt and fruit combination that tastes so delicious. I use geek yogurt, handful of raspberries and blueberries, and agave nectar. You've got to try it...it may need to be my post workout treat for the mornings.
